Via Trans-Canada Highway and Route 24

- Leaving the Hillsborough Bridge, follow Route 1 (Trans-Canada Highway) east for 26.3 km.
- Turn left onto Route 210 E (Kinross Road) and follow for 2.3 km.
- Turn right onto Route 24 (Murray Harbour Road) and follow for 17.3 km.
- At Glen William, turn right onto Route 24 S (Dover Road) and follow for 6 km.
- As you enter Murray River, keep straight onto Route 4 for 1.2 km.
- At the intersection, turn left onto Route 18 W (Cape Bear Road) and follow for 6.2 km.
Via Trans-Canada Highway

- Leaving the Hillsborough Bridge, follow Route 1 (Trans-Canada Highway) east for 57.8 km.
- At Wood Islands (at the Plough the Waves Centre intersection), turn left onto Route 4 N.
- Follow Route 4 for 12.4 km; continue straight on Route 18 E (Cape Bear Road) and continue for another 5.3 km.
- At the Route 18A junction, turn left onto Robertson Road and follow the signs into Murray Harbour (about 3 km).
- Turn left onto Main Street.
From the Wood Islands Ferry
(22 km / 21 minutes)
- Leaving the terminal area, travel about 700m and veer right onto Route 4 (at the Plough the Waves Centre intersection).
- Follow Route 4 for 12.4 km until it turns into Route 18 (Cape Bear Road) and continue for another 5.3 km.
- At the Route 18A junction, turn left onto Robertson Road and follow the signs into Murray Harbour (about 3 km).
- Turn left onto Main Street.
